1. Terms of purchase
There terms apply for any individual (consumer) making a purchase from Celtia (website or popup store). When you make a purchase from Celtia, an agreement is entered into between you (the “Consumer”) and Solvendi AB (556883-9970) and address Movägen 3B, 141 31 Huddinge, Sweden (“Celtia” or “us”).

2. Agreement and orders
2.1 To make a purchase from Celtia the Consumer need to be of legal age and have the right to enter into an agreement according to Swedish law.
2.2 A biding order is entered into when the Consumer have received a payment confirmation and/or receipt of successful payment. Before such confirmation has been shared no biding agreement has been entered into between Celtia and the Consumer.
2.3 Celtia reserves the right to reject an order, or annul a confirmed order, at any time and without any responsibility towards the Consumer except repaying any received amount for the order. In the case of annulment of an order the Consumer shall be notified about the annulment as soon as possible.
3. Payment
3.1 The price sated on the website or in the popup store at the point of making the purchase will apply. All prices are stated including VAT.
3.2 In case the price or information listed on the website or in the popup store is incorrect and its reasonable to believe that the Consumer should have realized that the information or price was incorrect, the purchase will be void.
3.3 In case you receive a store credit the credit is valid for 24 months from the date of issue and it cannot be exchanged for money.
4. Shipping
4.1 Orders placed on the website will be shipped with the chosen method of shipping and at the cost specified in the order.
4.2 Any estimated shipping dates presented on the website are estimations and no rights can be derived from a late delivery.
4.3 The ownership and the risk are taken over by the Consumer when the distributor has delivered the product according to their respective delivery terms.
4.4 If the Consumer does not collect the parcel in line with instructions given by the distributor will be sent back to Celtia. In case of return of a parcel Celtia will charge 250 SEK for costs related to the return. The cost of the good will be repaid to the Consumer but any shipping costs will not be returned.
5. Returns
5.1 The Consumer has the right to cancel a purchase withing 14 days from receiving the product. If the Consumer wants to utilize this right a message shall be sent to Celtia via the contact for on the website within 14 days from receiving the product.
5.2 The consumer has the right to carefully examine the product before returning it. In case the product lacks parts of its packaging, has signs of usage or in any other way does not meet the standard of a new product Celtia reserves the right to deduct a sum from the refund.
5.3 Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to a reclamation.
5.4 For products that cannot be resold to a new Consumer as a new product, e.g. due to the nature of the product, the Consumer does not have a right to return the goods.
5.5 When reporting a return, please use the contact form on the website to agree on return options before retiring the goods to Celtia.
5.6 The Consumer is responsible for paying the cost of the return.
5.7 The Consumer has the risk for the goods until its delivered to Celtia. This includes but is not limited to loss and damage to the goods.
5.8 Any return shall be made within 14 days after reporting the return to Celtia.
6. Refunds
6.1 Celtia will make a refund to the Consumer within 14 days of receiving the goods, or from the day where the Consumer shows that the goods has been delivered, which ever is earliest.
6.2 Any refunds will be made with the same payment option as was used for the purchase.
7. Complaints
7.1 The Consumer has the right to make a complaint about the order of something is not in line with the local consumer law.
7.2 To make a complaint, please use the contact form on the website.
7.3 Any complaints should be maid within 3 months of identifying the issue.
7.4 If the complaint is justified, we will refund the product or send a new product.
7.5 Celtia reserved the right to hold a refund or wait with sending a new product until the faulty product has been received from the Consumer. Celtia will be responsible for the shipping costs for such a shipment.
7.6 In case the complaint is not justified, Celtia reserves the right to charge the Consumer for the cost of the return plus 250 SEK handling costs.
8. Applicability, changes and juristiction
8.1 Celtia has the right to change those terms at any point in time.
8.2 The terms applicable at time of purchase are the ones that applies to each individual purchase.
8.4. Celtia does not assume liability for damages caused by unforeseen events outside of our control – such as natural disasters or pandemics.
8.5 Those terms shall be interpreted in line with Swedish law.
8.6 Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be finally settled by Stockholms Tingsrätt.
8.7 The language of the court proceedings shall be Swedish.
