Returns 

The Consumer has the right to cancel a purchase withing 14 days from receiving the product. If the Consumer wants to utilize this right a message shall be sent to Scotty´s via the contact for on the website within 14 days from receiving the product.

The consumer has the right to carefully examine the product before returning it. In case the product lacks parts of its packaging, has signs of usage or in any other way does not meet the standard of a new product Scotty’s reserves the right to deduct a sum from the refund.

Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to a reclamation.

For products that cannot be resold to a new Consumer as a new product, e.g. due to the nature of the product, the Consumer does not have a right to return the goods.

When reporting a return, please use the contact form on the website to agree on return options before retiring the goods to Scotty´s.'

The Consumer is responsible for paying the cost of the return.

The Consumer has the risk for the goods until its delivered to Scotty´s. This includes but is not limited to loss and damage to the goods.

Any return shall be made within 14 days after reporting the return to Scotty´s.

Refunds

Scotty´s will make a refund to the Consumer within 14 days of receiving the goods, or from the day where the Consumer shows that the goods has been delivered, which ever is earliest.

Any refunds will be made with the same payment option as was used for the purchase.
